I'm a rank novice, 20 years, unlike a shrewd value investor like yourself who no doubt has a millenia in the markets, | andy
18/3/2015 15:17 | If you dont understand what that means steamy, just say. I will make it easier as you may be blinkered in reading the bad bits. Here is the clue: " Advice in relation to the Company's main accounting policies (in particular revenue recognition in the Professional Services Division) is being further considered and no conclusions have been reached." | elcapital
18/3/2015 15:13 | Steamy (nickyname) thinks all is well with PWC. He needs to understand RNS language: "The Independent Review is ongoing and has taken longer than originally anticipated given the high level of corporate activity of the Group. Advice in relation to the Company's main accounting policies (in particular revenue recognition in the Professional Services Division) is being further considered and no conclusions have been reached. The Board now expects that the Independent Review will be completed in the next few weeks and shareholders will be updated as appropriate as to its findings" | elcapital
18/3/2015 15:12 | Steamy, It was "city sources" Ben Harrington cited as his source for the £640M pie in the sky ST story! You never had any issues with the veracity & insight of these vague "city sources" when quoted by BH. Why the change of heart? LOL -------------------- As you well know we have dealt with the "Bust before Xmas" / "0p by Xmas" lie definitively only recently on these ADVFN threads when another serial bull liar, MALCOLMMM, tried to slip it into the conversation as fact. You know full well it is a lie made up by & trotted out by cult member bulls. I can only assume you are dragging it up again intending to mislead the naive mugs & new punters and sucker in some new mug money. Please have the decency to acknowledge your attempt to misinform the boards & apologise. | juicin drumroll
18/3/2015 15:10 | looks to me like Slater and Gordon has had a good old 'review' and it likes what it can see dasv | nicky name
18/3/2015 14:52 | Yes Swinton story turned out not to be true. Is there anything else which is factually incorrect? Plenty of evidence for bears: companies house, RNS's, analyst notes etc. (well there used to be analyst notes: the one of importance is Canaccord's resignation note) from last year. --------- What’s new? The events over the last few weeks culminating in the resignation of Rob Terry, founder and Chairman, from the Board have forced us to re-appraise our investment thesis. We place our rating and target price Under Review (previously Buy, 362p). Impact on the Canaccord Genuity view The premise of our Buy recommendation on Quindell was primarily based on the company delivering against its adjusted operating cash flow targets of £30-40m in H214 and up to £100m in H115. Quindell has met or exceeded its quarterly adjusted operating cash flow targets in the first nine months of the year. However, the events over the last few weeks have greatly reduced our visibility on Quindell’s ability to deliver on these goals. With the exit of Rob Terry from the Board, David Currie is now the non-Executive Interim Chairman tasked with finding a credible new Chairman and more crucially communicating a strategy to restore investor confidence. We believe that the immediate task is for senior management to stabilise the business and limit attrition among customers and employees. Beyond this we would anticipate that David will need to carry out a comprehensive Business Review focusing on wide ranging topics such as the rationale for the current Group structure, appraisal of the current accruals process (particularly around NIHL claims), goodwill impairment tests and a working capital review. Valuation Due to the uncertainty on future direction of the business, we place our recommendation and price target Under Review. | dasv
18/3/2015 14:49 | lucy - the QPP bull who recommends cannibalism/murder for dissenters. " lucy 17 Mar'15 - 20:17 - 31115 of 31159 4 0 Nicky He will be a bit tough and old I think. Best to slice and dice these small fry and stick on a hook to catch a bigger fish. I am longing to see TW slowly turning on a spit one of these fine days. He is the the most vile and abhorrent character I have ever come across. Night all." | dasv

18/3/2015 13:26 | I am not steamy but I have no doubt whatsoever, that you are the Blagger or certainly part of a coordinated shorting campaign imo the FCA needs to wake up and have a look at your campaign on these boards and scare prophets, and any possible links with the hedge fund manipulation of the book | nicky name
