So then, that would be a technical failure to disclose the truth.

I liked the bit where after being ordered to pay TWs costs Earley asked for time to raise the funds to pay the £7k to which the Judge retorted "But you have submitted a deposition that you are a man of wealth and integrity why would you need time to raise £7k) at which the request was withdrawn.



It is absolutely astonishing that there are people on here who seek to defend Earleys position.

To have a judge officially confirm the blagger as a liar in a court of law should serve as a big dollup of .... to the blind bear followers and backs up exactly what most intelligent bulls have been saying for months.
