01/11/2012 07:45 | wouldnt it make sense for Morely-Denc to put up the 5million and then he takes hold of a company he valued at 100 times this value just a year or two ago? | pomp circumstance
31/10/2012 23:15 | If they get £6m that could give them 12 more months to get the killer contract? | suffolk52
31/10/2012 15:14 | I wonder how PDX got on at the CBRN show recently.........Sig | gnrwickham
31/10/2012 15:12 | outsize: - of course short term you have to be right ..... a) just wondering out loud where they might trade after such a placing and offer b) noting that we must at some point get close to 99% bearish consensus! | queeny2
31/10/2012 15:00 | I'm still holding some - only for the reason that having lost 90% plus of my investment already, I might just as well keep them and see what happens. As for buying more - I agree with Dr B and others - NO WAY ! The company have consistently failed to keep investors informed and made overoptimistic statements as to future revenues which have failed to materialise. | kenone
31/10/2012 14:00 | No reason to believe that taking up these rights will be any better than the ones at 100p just 8 months ago or c240p before that. Not only have they manage to miss just about every target they set, they have also failed to let shareholders know about the ERX as promised. Where is the new CEO? Will JP be taking a pay cut due to his overoptimistic forecast and complete failure to deliver? Only an idiot would buy these, fortunately for PDX there seem to be plenty about. | dr biotech
31/10/2012 12:50 | The potential investor is going to do their dd on these in a big way and if it happens, I would expect news on contracts/sales within months. | lufc5
31/10/2012 12:45 | Matter to see with a bit more breathing space with few more millions if they can sell their product to a new big client etc, as before it was trading £1+ based on this big client deal...do u think they could arrange something similar again? | mali7
31/10/2012 11:33 | How much of a killing? the story won't be that credible, so maybe you could argue for a £15m market cap? £20m? At 4.5p it's £13m. So 50% uplift, versus perhaps 100% downside (on the all or nothing binary argument)? 2:1 odds they get it done? 66%? So if you think it's 90% likely they get it done, good trade. | queeny2
31/10/2012 11:23 | All or nothing here guys those buying in today will either make a killing or get slaughtered . Me im adding as i think this will come off | 10009504
31/10/2012 11:12 | so IF that happens, at 4p it's £12m market cap with £6m of fresh cash and some kind of story connected to the open offer of some dubious but present validity (necessary to get the £5m in). Which is 'cheap'. IF it doesn't happen, it's zero? | queeny2
31/10/2012 10:13 | PC: there's no debt | sageofnowhere
31/10/2012 10:09 | Blackrock had over 14% dilluted to 6% Pru have 20% dilutd to 8% Morely was under 6% (dilluted to 2.4%) and a vry sore ring! | pomp circumstance
31/10/2012 10:03 | 22 February 2012 The Company's capital consists of 86,286,534 5mil at 3p is 167mil shares 1mil at 3p is 33mil shares total 286mil Placee has 58% plus any he has already. For 5 mil he has control of company that one assumes (without looking) has some debt and a mil of mug punters money, plus his own 5mil. anything wrong with those figures? | pomp circumstance
31/10/2012 10:00 | Who's this placement to, that's what I wanna know. Someone's got GBP 5m burning a hole in their pocket. Wonder how PDX mgt has convinced anyone to part with that sort of cash at this stage. Still no real sign of revenues (certainly no more sign than there has been in the past). | sageofnowhere
31/10/2012 10:00 | exactly............. Throw more money at it, but this is going bust, they cannot reallign the business, it is a nothing business and costs are too big. | hippo
31/10/2012 09:51 | DENC MORLEY can buy even more shares!!! BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA | pomp circumstance
31/10/2012 09:48 | hippo, then what? then they'll spend it and ask for some more. Dur. | sageofnowhere
31/10/2012 09:42 | Investors can ALWAYS rely on PDX management. Day traders should take a look at Noventa. Noventa need to say where their cash is coming from TODAY, too. | shanksaj
31/10/2012 09:29 | lol................. 2p out of auction ???????????? | hippo
