Exercise of options and sale of shares

Purplebricks Group plc (AIM: PURP), the hybrid estate agent providing a new way to buy, sell or let property, announces that, on 3 July 2017, options to subscribe for 961,762 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares" and the "Options") have today been exercised by certain employees and LPEs.
These Options were granted to employees variously under the Purplebricks Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme, Purplebricks Employee Share Option Plan, CSOP Approved and CSOP Unapproved schemes and to LPEs under the LSOP scheme.
Certain PDMRs, included in the employees referred to above, exercised Options and subsequently sold a number of the resultant Ordinary Shares, as detailed in the table below.
Pursuant to the exercise of the Options, an application will shortly be made to the London Stock Exchange for 961,762 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 10 July 2017.
The Company's issued ordinary share capital following Admission will be 271,554,027 Ordinary Shares.
