Purplebricks Group plc (AIM: PURP), the hybrid estate agency, has been notified that on 6 July 2018, Axel Springer SE, a person closely associated with Dr. Andreas Wiele, a Non-Executive Director and PDMR of Purplebricks, purchased 3.0 million ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at GBP3.07 per Ordinary Share.

Following the purchase of Ordinary Shares, Axel Springer is beneficially interested in 37,722,221 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 12.5 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
