31/7/2010 08:40 | OK, off the top of my head: Always look on the bright side of shares. (whistle) You can just forget your worries and cares. (whistle) If prices fall so quickly You might be feeling sickly With every downward movement of the trend. If your account displays a loss Pretend you couldn't give a toss And things will get much better in the end! Yes, always look on the bright side of cash. (whistle) Though your choices were incredibly rash. (whistle) etc. | arf dysg

04/6/2010 07:38 | this has been kicked out of the rhps portfolio, note as follows: PURICORE (PURI): After their brief suspension, shares are now trading again. Puricore has just announced its 2009 results. These show that the company has continued to increase sales of its Sterilox Food Safety systems into the US supermarket sector. But it has suffered from an outflow of cash because these machines are paid for over a period rather than up front. To gain necessary finance, Puricore has launched an £8m issue of Convertible Loan Notes. Given that these pay an interest rate of 6% and are convertible into ordinary shares at a price of 7.5p, the price of the ordinary shares at about 9p does not look especially attractive. Despite the attraction of its product, Puricore's business model looks flawed. For this reason I am going to sell the shares out of the Red Hot portfolio, as well as out of the Red Hot ISA portfolio. 04/6/2010 06:57 | They certainly have some interesting & potentially huge opt's. Getting chlorine use reduced is a world environment issue, see below re WATER decontamination: Water Safety Clean water is of utmost concern, whether it's for cooking and drinking, recreation or re-release into the environment. Studies show that Sterilox technology quickly and effectively destroys micro-organisms and pathogens that can contaminate water supplies. That's why Sterilox created Aqualox Water Safety systems. Aqualox is designed to eliminate biofilms, control Legionella contamination and eliminate biological pathogens in water. Aqualox has broad spectrum biocidal activity and is effective against coliforms, E. coli, yeasts, molds and pseudomonas. Aqualox Systems operate on-demand using water, electricity and pure vacuum-dried crystalline salt. They are effective in concentrations as low as 2%. Aqualox generators have been shown to effectively control microbial contamination in: Drinking water Swimming pools Industrial water Fountains | n1blet

28/5/2010 06:10 | more rns's than you can shake a stick at and all they say is the company are spending money faster than they can raise it and no sign of a profit in this lifetime........... | canford c1iffs
26/5/2010 10:10 | norton have a stake of just under3% also this has to be more funding issue or they could be thinking of a management buyout or just privatise it theres lots of permatations the one thing i would say since this stockmarket turblenence in someways im pleased it is suspended | ian 50
24/5/2010 19:21 | The RNS makes things a bit more interesting. It states the date the transaction occurred was 14 May - after the suspension was in place. This means the transaction involving approximately 6 million shares was an off-market transfer. Would be interesting to know the consideration involved for this transfer as it suggests some stake building may be occurring while the suspension is in place. I doubt Norton Investment Fund would of agreed to an off market transfer unless either a) they were given adequate consideration for such a large holding or b) they know some bad news. Whichever way this goes we stand to make or lose a lot. | costanz
24/5/2010 15:14 | Any ideas why this rns was issued -- previously missed? Still no thoughts on the reasons for the suspension and on where things are likely to go. I considered Puricore to be building nicely for the future! demac | demac
