PureCircle, the world's leading producer and marketer of high purity stevia ingredients, announces that it was notified on 23 December 2015 that Chin Yoong Foo, a PDMR, sold 25,000 ordinary shares of US 0.10 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at GBP4.00 per Ordinary Share on 22 December 2015.

Following this transaction, Mr Chin's beneficial shareholding in the Company is 66,300 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.04% of the Company's issued share capital.

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4.
