31/3/2022 13:36 | Well I post comments made by another poster : quick look again at pure gold shows 500 M shares in issue before any options, loans and borrowings of $91 M and cash of $9 M plus some ITM options. The announcement yesterday suggests another significant dilution for current shareholders will happen before this company reaches nadir, IMO. Even after all the news, the EV is still around $230 M, for a target of 80 k oz from phase I that looks way out of reach given the expectations for H1 FY2022 in the news item from the 28th March. Unattractive for me until there is clear evidence that they know what they are doing. | atlantic57

30/3/2022 22:41 | Sent an email to investor relations on Monday about the dissatisfaction about what's be happening here. Was surprised that they replied to my email. They stated that they can see my frustration and that they will turn it around and would like me to stay invested. The truth is the share price is so low ,it's not worth selling out now. 30/3/2022 21:25 | I think they will have to demonstrate that they understand the problems and can solve them before there can be+any talk of Stella performance. | atlantic57
30/3/2022 21:01 | A long term GPM log chart. The GPM share price has been in a downtrend since the summer of 2020, inline with the miners it invests in. However I believe the GPM share price bottomed at just under 40p and is poised for a breakout above that upper downtrend line. I'm bullish on gold and silver. PUR could be an absolutely stellar performer over the next 3 years, if it gets it's act together. Needs that funding sorted first. free stock charts from uk.advfn.com | papillon
29/3/2022 16:12 | You make valid points Kathy I am considering my position . It may be best to call it a day.I watched a video presentation of the new management team .They sounded like they had identified the problems. However it looks like they are as clueless as the previous team and they do not appear to have any real plan other than raising cash to stay afloat .Well I will rephrase those comments they have articulated what they hope to do. However I don’t get any feeling of confidence that they will deliver. | atlantic57
29/3/2022 08:30 | papillon, thank you, its an idea investing in that type of company, safer bet. Think i will have a good look at them. | swallowsflysouth
29/3/2022 06:05 | Having had my fingers crushed twice I await evidence that Management have got to grips with production problems. | atlantic57
29/3/2022 05:49 | Hmmmm been on my watch list for a while could be a good entry very soon, 50m lot of dilution but at what price, apologise for those that are nursing a loss but opportunities for others. | avsome1968
28/3/2022 21:12 | They need to get the finance sorted first, Tnt99, before I'd contemplate jumping back in, PS Pure Gold was less than 1% of the GPM portfolio value (0.83%). It's even less now! | papillon
28/3/2022 21:03 | I still think this could come good so I'll ride it out just remember those stinking drill results!!! | tnt99
28/3/2022 20:57 | Try GPM, swallowsflysouth. It's an investment trust that invests in junior precious metals miners, predominantly gold miners. It does have a shareholding in Pure Gold, but it's only one of 62 shareholdings in it's portfolio. Alternatively try GDX and GDXJ. ETF's that invest in large gold miners and junior gold miners respectively. Both of these are quoted in USD. atlantic57 is invested in GPM. Up until last week I had a small shareholding in PUR, but fortunately I sold to put the proceeds in XTR. That might not be a wise move on my part because I now have almost all my investment eggs in one basket; namely XTR. Only time will tell me if I've gambled wisely, or not. | papillon
28/3/2022 20:46 | At the end of the day we can't win them all, trouble is like to have a decent gold investment and have not got another company in mind. | swallowsflysouth
28/3/2022 20:28 | Yes indeed a safer bet:)) | atlantic57
28/3/2022 20:19 | Atlantic, I'm also likely to sit it out, well at least for the time being. Ironically one of the reason i went for this company over others is because i thought it was a safer bet ! | swallowsflysouth
28/3/2022 17:05 | Thanks for your comments swallow. I am pondering but am likely to sit it out. The omens for gold look good and the grades look good , the location looks good. You are probably correct a cheap offer at some point in the future. | atlantic57
28/3/2022 16:49 | Atlantic, in the same boat as yourself. Are Sprott really in the same club as us pi's ? I hope they are because then we will have a big boy on our side which would mean Ashanti would not get it all their own way. I think we will get taken out at a cheapo offer, nevertheless should be a lot more than current share price ? Who knows what is going on ? Not us pi's that for sure. | swallowsflysouth
28/3/2022 16:31 | Well I have got this completely wrong on two occasions. Sprott are a big name in the Gold world and they to are in the same club. Not sure whether to call it a day or stay on board for many years to come. The main problem is trying to quantify the extent of the dilution | atlantic57
28/3/2022 15:29 | People have given their lives for freedom of speech. Don't make a mockery of their actions. | hubs |
