Directorate changes


Punch Graphix plc ("Punch Graphix" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the
appointment, with immediate effect, of Mr Dirk Antoine Alois Strobbe to the
board of Punch Graphix as a non-executive director.

Mr. Strobbe (73) has spent his entire professional life in the graphics sector.
In 1961 he created and became managing director of Dirk Strobbe BVBA, later
renamed Strobbe NV ("Strobbe"), a company that played a pioneering role in the
development, manufacturing and distribution of technologies used in prepress
printing operations, such as film imaging equipment, register systems, plate
punching and bending equipment, step and repeat machines and computer to film
equipment. In 1996, Strobbe was the first company to introduce computer to plate
(CTP) equipment into the newspaper market, under the brand name Polaris.

Punch International NV acquired Strobbe in 2000, and soon thereafter Mr Strobbe
retired from the business. Strobbe became a key part of the Punch International
NV graphics division which was floated as Punch Graphix in May 2005. Renamed
Punch Graphix Prepress Belgium NV, Strobbe has remained an integral part of the
Punch Graphix group.

Mr Strobbe is also a director of Strobbe-Cardoen CVA.

Mr Strobbe has confirmed to the Company that there are no further disclosures
required to be made in accordance with Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM
Rules.

Punch Graphix also announces that Mr Jan Smits has resigned from the board of
the Company with immediate effect in order to pursue other interests. The board
would like to express its thanks and appreciation to Jan who played a key role
in the creation of Punch Graphix and has had a major impact on its development.
As highlighted in the Company's 2006 Annual Report, as of 1 April 2007, Mr Peter
Tytgadt assumed the role of the Company's chief financial officer.
