Directorate Change

The Company announces that Stephen Hazell-Smith has resigned as a director of the Company with immediate effect. The board thanks Stephen for his valuable contribution to the Company since its launch and wishes him well for the future. Stephen has agreed to join the board of Puma VCT 13 plc which is seeking to raise up to GBP30 million, building on the Puma Investments team's track record investing in growth businesses.

The board is pleased to announce that Peter Hewitt has been appointed as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect. Peter was previously a director of Puma VCT VII plc which has, to date, paid out 99p per share in dividends to shareholders. He is a Director of Basinghall Capital Ltd and has recently stepped down as a Director of Eastern Harmony Global Capital Ltd, an FCA Authorised fund manager. He has been a director of 10 public companies over the last 25 years and is also a non-executive director of the RM Group Ltd. He is a member of the Governments' Advisory body on retail social investment, a former UKTI Catalyst member and advisor to the Financial Services Organisation of the UKTI, writing a number of papers on overseas investment opportunities. Peter is an elected Alderman in the City of London and is the inaugural Chairman of the City's GBP20m Social Investment Fund as well as sitting on a number of other committees, including the Investment and Property Committees which have combined assets of over GBP7bn.
