Issue of Equity and Application for Admission to the Official List
The Directors of Puma Alpha VCT plc (the "Company") are pleased to announce that on 19 February 2021 the Company allotted 393,654 Ordinary Shares of GBP0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at an issue price of GBP1.076, pursuant to the offer for subscription of the Company as set out in the Company's prospectus dated 23 July 2020 (the "Offer").
The Company will apply for the 393,654 Ordinary Shares allotted on 19 February 2021 to be admitted to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities, with admission of and dealings in the Ordinary Shares expected to commence on or around 23 February 2021.
Following the above allotment, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 8,641,327, and therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 8,641,327. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of interest in, the Company under the FCA's
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
