Director/PDMR Shareholding

The PRS REIT, the closed-ended real estate investment trust that invests in high-quality, new build, family homes in the private rented sector ("PRS"), announces that it has been notified that Steffan Francis, Non-executive Director of the Company, has today purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

As a result, Mr Francis's total interest in the Company is now 105,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.02 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.

The PRS REIT plc is a closed-ended real estate investment trust established to invest in the Private Rented Sector ("PRS") and to provide shareholders with an attractive level of income together with the potential for capital and income growth.
