04/2/2017 17:02 | Issue of Equity RNS An additional 95 million + shares required to satisfy current needs. Darwin have, prior to this RNS, have disposed of 12 loan notes at £300,000 par value. Assuming additional shares above solely to satisfy Darwin loan notes, then Proxama issued 75 million + shares to meet these 12 loan notes at an issue price of 0.398pence per share. Possibly in early January. Darwin are not wasting much time exercising the loan notes. | vinceelliott

04/2/2017 07:35 | No need for Stig to come back and let us know what he sees - it is all in this article. Stig tried to troll someone a few years back - and this was the result. And Stig has the same MO on all these threads. I have an alert set up to buy shares when he appears on a thread deramping. Made me profits in 94% of stocks I traded. Interestingly the only stock he was promoting (OXUS) which I put some money in is now bust and suspended. | loverat
03/2/2017 21:25 | I am aghast at the agreement that has been agreed with and applied by Darwin Strategic. I dislike 'shorting' at the best of times, with the price generally being forced down. however, The shorter takes the risk of being able to buy the shares back at a lower price, and if successful makes a profit at the expense of 'normal' shareholders. In this case, Darwin are not only guaranteed that shares can be purchased, but are also guaranteed that they can be purchased at a discount to the prevailing price. Surely, a guarantee that they can buy shares in such circumstances is tantamount to a manipulated market. So what if the share price goes up once shares have been shorted? The shorter loses. So how confident were Darwin that the share price would not go up? | vinceelliott
03/2/2017 17:14 | Ha ha billboards....newspa You really are behind the times! You need to do a bit of research then you wouldn't be shorting these. Yes you crawled away when the shares rose this week didn't you nursing your losses. I guess you have nothing useful to do,sad really..... | hazl

The campaign, in partnership with Airport Media, Exterion Media, Primesight and Ubiquitous, commenced on the 18th July. 03/2/2017 16:19 | You read any of the top forecasters for what the advertising of the future will be like then they are all citing just this sort of thing! Proxama have a golden opportunity here and they know it! It is only the cash that they need or the shares would cost us a heck of a lot more. They want to sell their financial arm because they know this is the business with the real edge. I am rooting for them all the way! IMO | hazl
03/2/2017 16:05 | You do what you like Simon they are not frightening me out of mine. Earlier in the week they were ramping them. Now the opposite. I have a mind of my own. If Coca cola and the like are using them that's good enough reason for me to hang onto them . IMO | hazl
03/2/2017 16:01 | Sure it's a risk but it's available at under a penny! I am holding onto a few of these as a risk/reward play. Obviously best to not bet the farm but if they succeed then I am going to be pleased I risked it. Just my thoughts. | hazl
