17/1/2019 13:10 | GCM is a classic case of how good news can cause a share apparently as dead as a dodo to come alive again. Back in November the GCM share price was languishing at circa 11p having once been circa £9 per share around 15 years ago when it was known as AEN. Look at the GCM share price today! | papillon
16/1/2019 19:49 | Nursie still energetically chasing The Providence Resources Shares she alleges Sir Anthony promised her for em er services rendered..... | hermana3
16/1/2019 19:16 | Pap, 20p will look very cheap in a years time if still listed! Was tempted to buy a few more when it was languishing at 13p but me bottle aint what it used be.... | hermana3
16/1/2019 16:45 | Thanks for that, steelwatch. I'll look into it. Never heard of it before. The RBD chart is currently Bearish (unlike the current LOGP & PVR charts). There was a bearish Death Cross on the RBD chart at the start of December (50 day EMA dropped below a falling 200 day EMA). News drives share prices, not charts, but the chart shouldn't be ignored as it shows current investor sentiment towards RBD and that is currently negative. PS. Good call on FOG, hermana. 19.7% rise today. It's risen by around 50% in the past 4 days. I never looked into it. | papillon
16/1/2019 14:50 | pap - I'm in RBD which wasn't hit much by Wick. Maybe of interest to you with their interest in a number of upcoming wells, including the next one to be drilled directly following mobilisation of the Wick rig directly to 8 miles from where I am sitting right now. | steelwatch
16/1/2019 14:32 | The collapse in the UPL & BOIL sp's today on the Wick well bad news shows the dangers of holding an AIM listed O&G share drilling an exploratory well. | papillon
16/1/2019 09:51 | whatever the legality, no it WAS legal vast amounts of bad press, what like headline. pvr carries out legitimate survey in its quest to help build a low-carbon society through the increased use of indigenous oil/gas, and exploit opportunities for attracting new foreign direct investment potential for some sort of retrospective action had the AT case won.Ye whatever AT Has anyone got a more reasoned explanation. | roadster750
16/1/2019 09:10 | Whatever the legality, vast amounts of bad press, potential for some sort of retrospective action had the AT case won. Far more sensible to follow their course of action, and reapply, now knowing AT's case. And they clearly are confident they can eliminate those issues in the new application. It shouldn't be a bit hold up, but a far better outcome long term. | greyingsurfer
16/1/2019 08:27 | What i dont understand is Pvr had legitimate authority from the govt to survey back in nov 18 if they had carried out the survey as planned it would now be done and dusted, the an taisce issue was with the govt dept that issued the survey permission and i dont understand how such a case could retrospectively affect the Pvr permission.maybe someone can explain. | roadster750
16/1/2019 07:45 | They are in the "stall progress business" and financed by others, mainly the stinking taxman. Nice money if you can get it though. | hermana3
16/1/2019 07:31 | All the time and effort being spent at An Taisce, and still they'll plough on with their pointless mission. | itsriskythat
16/1/2019 07:27 | Normal court adjournments. Well planning continuing. | hermana3
16/1/2019 06:51 | Bloody waste of time. | funtimejonny
16/1/2019 06:46 | An Taisce case adjourned until 22/01/2019. | druidinvestor
15/1/2019 20:55 | Barryroe has the WOW factor. | hermana3
15/1/2019 20:50 | We drilled about 16 wells in the FI with less WOW than the NS. | gunsofmarscapone
15/1/2019 20:35 | The last Barryroe drill ran into the Winter and this one will probably too. Them yokes at an Taisce dont make it easy for anybody but their toesucking legal eagles. | hermana3
15/1/2019 20:27 | Indeed Herm. Pity though that we aren't starting in April to make use of the weather window. We need details and dates here. If we are to start in the 3rd quarter it is bound to run into next year. Who ever drills these stormy water in the winter. | raisethestake1
15/1/2019 19:51 | Raise, Sniff of Oil at Barryroe will catapult us alright! | hermana3
15/1/2019 19:42 | I'll check courts.ie tomorrow. Hopefully we can progress here and add value. It takes a lot to give us a bit of a raise and the sniff of bad news to drop us a third or so. 30p+ plus here this year if we can keep the sentiment. | raisethestake1
15/1/2019 19:11 | Jonny, Wont matter until Europa farmout deal sees the light of day. | hermana3
15/1/2019 18:48 | Nothing yet uploaded on courts.ie | druidinvestor
15/1/2019 18:14 | Did anybody hear the outcome of An Taisce v DCCAE challenge to the Barryroe survey that was penned in for today. Hope it didn't get kicked down the road again. I am searching for news but unable to find anything. | raisethestake1
15/1/2019 13:27 | I see there was a piece in the Examiner about a pending farmout by Europa of one of their Irish assets. Surprised it hasn't moved the share price .. | funtimejonny
15/1/2019 08:23 | Steel, Much better name for upcoming big drill. Good luck to them.... | hermana3 |
