There is a saying in life Dipla - do not pass judgement unless in full possession of the facts. Sometimes those facts cannot be aired publicly which I am sure you understand.

For the record, we still believe the company undervalued but I repeat no longer are covering the stock. Full stop.

Richie, appreciate the prompt and clear response.Is it not right for you, as a research firm taking positions, and in this case relatively short period to explain a sudden change in approach and prevent loss in credibility going forward?Investors looking at a company, reading your, alignresearch's research on other firms, would surely now take your view/research with a pinch of salt, considering you have a position and change views in short periods of time, when let's say a month earlier you were basically stating long term growth?! Imo, sadly I've lost credibility for research which is connected to having a stake in a company, I'd rather have firm s paid for research and research only, not taking speculative positions and promoting it whilst also holding hands with the CEO and once a curve ball arrives throw the toys out of the pram.Gl though it's not for me. Imo, dyor.

No, I agree. I suspect it's corrupt and rotten to the core throughout the system. You have to wonder why the people who work in these banks are apparently made to sign NDA's so they cannot reveal the goings on even after they leave.

FTJ, I suspect Goldman Sachs have held the share price back while they twist a few broker arms to get some blocks of shares. For the share price to have held here, that would have required some massaging of shares out of PI hands over the last few weeks, on the open market mainly. These guys only make money by being in the know. They probably waited until now for a reason, and while they siphoned up some share they probably insisted on doing so at the lowest possible risk-free price. The price will rise when these parasites of humanity have had their fill.
