I am one of many here that feel Barryroe FO is coming soon, that imo would add probably 40p+ to the share price

Of course there would be prifit tking and a fair bit of top slicing for a free ride.Pre Druid there will also be a fair amount of profit taking and top slicing. Its what the market is all about, TRADING. In hindsight I wish I had done that when the last drill at Barryroe hit oil. Top sliced. But greed stopped me to my eventual cost.
I have since learnt hat lesson and don't complain with what I make these days. Not a fortune but enough for me.

And I don't think sell on the news will happen either, because this has not risen all that much. Even If it were 30p going into BR news that would value the company at 70p before a huge drill, would it sell off?

Some profit taking after a 50% rise is to be expected, but this has much further to go for the patient.

Ddd you have a point. But our well paid leader is out on a limb at the moment with his most recent presentation. He doesn't deliver by April hes gone gone gone. And we all know how cosy he has it right now.

The charts says it is about to drop back. A time to consolidate at 13p to 14p IMO.
Plenty of time to buy on the dips in the next few months.

Healthy pullback to allow sellers to go .. new money will start to pour into this as drill approaches. Most are holding for 25-30p pre spud that I know.Also people don't seem to know the CoS which is 41%.

I have not heard that, though of course its feasible. My only concern is the water depth for the pipeline lay. To Kinsale Bravo platform the water depth decreases quite a lot making it imo cheaper to lay a pipeline. I have no idea yet of the distances between Newgrange to Cobbib or Bravo!

Me, I would like gas from Newgrange. Ireland self sufficient with gas and more to export. Oil infastructure needs to be built and that will be costly. We have Corrib or even the Kinsale Bravo Platform and that could I am sure either couldhandle the gas when its piped to either platform with some modifications made to them.

With all the buzz thE other day on BR FO near your correct where the share price is going NEXT. No worries as the share price will find its correct level pre Druid. Should BR come along soon which it could well do,sellers will regret their actions.

rogerlin: It is uncertain what phase the Newgrange prospect is; it's either oil 9bn barrels or gas 13tcf.

In any event a few tcf gas is worth developing as even if Ireland has no need for all of the gas the UK interconnector pipeline has been designed that it can be reversed (at cost) in the future to export gas to the UK. The onshore plant could strip out the C3+'s from the gas and sell it (propane and butane) Any gas condensate extracted is marketable also.

If it's oil no problem to deal with that!

Hard to predict where this one is going next. Looks like a couple of fairly decent buys showing as black trades....and a rake of smaller sells.
