   ProVen Growth and Income VCT plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce 
that the Offer for Subscription which opened on 11 January 2019 (the 
"Offer") has seen a strong level of demand and is expected to reach the 
fundraising target shortly. As a result, the Offer will close to further 
applications at 1.00 p.m. on Tuesday 15 October 2019, or earlier if 
fully subscribed. 
 
   The final allotment for the 2019/20 tax year is expected to be on or 
before 25 October 2019.
