This is a total dog.I am so lucky I sold out if these at 0.4 after taking a hit With the Twitter rumour if a placing at 0.05 there is no way I would buy these presently.One day this share will come good but not yet Rodney.zthis time next tear? I will buy again here but will wait a bit say 0.04????

If they have done a placing,then this is the best possible news that could come along.There was an Audio magneto telluric (AMT) survey planned.If this has been successful then they stated Prospex intends to complete stage 3 of the acquisition process and buy a further 34.9% interest in Tesorillo for €1.725m bringing the company’s interest up to 49.9%.

This would cost US $1.725m.This is a very approx calculation.but this would be an issue of 2,700,000,000 shares,therefore a total of about 4,300,000,000 shares in issue - a lot of dilution - but I bought more yesterday.

If you read the broker note,you will see what this would be worth to PXOG.

I think they have had good news,as unrisked the value to PXOG is about €22.3m

They might require more cash to drill the wells,but we are going to produce revenue next year,which will help.

This could be the ground floor of a much bigger company.

I,ve sold RBD and UJO to put more in here.

GN's external dependence on Spain continues to grow
The volume of Natural Gas imports in Spain continues to grow. Our largest supplier of GN is Algeria, a country from which we import 188,028 GWh during 2018.

On the other hand, Spain only produces 1,412 GWh per year . These supplies come mostly from deposits located in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia , specifically from the Romeral, Marismas and Poseidón operating concessions. Evidently insufficient production for national supply.

Our country has imported 357,192 GWh during 2018 , that is, almost 400% more than what is produced internally. Therefore, we are suffering a deficit that does not stop growing in terms of the supply of GN.

These data have been collected by CORES , Public Law Corporation supervised by the Ministry for Ecological Transition, which is dedicated to the maintenance and control of the Natural Gas reserves of Spain, and which in its latest report has evidenced this deficit that is suffering Spain. It has also reported that net gas imports have grown 0.4% during the past month of March 2019, compared to the same period of the previous year.

But, national production is not growing .
For his part, the technical director of Gessal , a geological exploration and research consulting firm, told Energía Diario , that "Spain is a country that has not been much explored"; It is not that "there is no gas or oil, but that no new deposits have been explored ."

In addition, he ventured to comment that internally, "many myths must be overcome regarding environmental risks" , in order to move forward in this sector.

In the long run, CNG vehicles pollute less than electric vehicles
The automobile fuel market is increasing, and everyone wants to find its place. Currently, we not only have diesel and gasoline , but we can also choose between Natural Gas or its renewable variant, and battery .

From Gasnam , an association that encourages the use of natural gas and renewable gas for mobility, they affirm that in the long run, "it pollutes a vehicle of natural gas much less than an electric one powered by renewable energy."

This statement is true, given that the life cycle of a vehicle, those driven by natural gas, emit less CO2 than an electric one powered by renewable energy, since battery production emits a lot of CO2.

Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) is totally viable for driving as efficiently and safely as conventional fuels allow.

certain conditions
precedent, including
approval of a Tesorillo
appraisal well, Prospex has
the option to increase its
overall interest to 49.9% by
buying 34.9% of Tarba’s
shares for €1,725,000.
Elections to form a new government in Spain are due to be held on 10 November 2019 and provided
that a government can be formed thereafter, we expect the current permitting delay (which is
impeding progress on the well) to begin to be resolved in early 2020.
Operations
Tarba continues to maintain an active program of stakeholder engagement.
Reprocessing the four 1991 Repsol 2D seismic lines has recently been completed. Integration of
these data with the surface geological model and Magnetotelluric data is being undertaken, including
the most recently obtained additional data points.
