It's simply when the uncrossing trade of an auction (there is always one at 12 noon) is going to be a a certain % away from the last AT trade. Here the previous AT trade was at 2.5 whereas the UT was at 2.35 - caused by a piddly 536 share order. I.e. just DMA traders/manipulators playing around.

"chance" is what investing in PXOG is all about at this time at least.

If the drill is successful the share price should go up perhaps 50%+; if unsuccessful the share price would plummet at least temporarily.

Nerves reflected in the share price movements are the order of the day meanwhile.
