I don't no if the overhang is clear or not but sells being bought into day after day . Its being kept on a bit of a reign imho.

When chart and fundamentals are aligned then ussualy provides a strong rise.

COPL and PXOG both drill in Q4

COPL +400%
PXOG +60%

Obviously copl and pxog are different sort of plays (what they are after and cap size etc) but anticipation of the drill is driving the share price higher. PXOG will multibag.

If everything is on target i.e we get licence news in next couple weeks and then the final approval a couple weeks later then see no reason why this will not multibag.

Do not have to look far to see how big the rises have been on other popular drilling companies...and PXOG has the tiniest cap out of the lot.
