Comedy had 6m from .52 prior to the TD at Romania.

Think the relief of it getting into the positive led to a lot of selling after the superb result which again did not help.

A few factors have conspired against us here.

Holding all for Italy.

Agree yesterday and Monday was a classic herd mentality sell because others are situation.

The 'placing overhang' looks well cleared now.

ccr1958 we had capitulation last week and my brother jumped in for more...who knows everyone waiting for it to break one way or other and spread to narrow...look slike the mm's have parked it to bore out the t traders???

lol at least 6 positive pieces of news could come out at any time so ball in the bod court..if they are serious about shareholder getting revenue growth they can do any of the above....and that will send a strong signal to market.

this is not a nursery where the mm's will hold your hands and look after you until mummy comes to pick you up. the sells are very small retail punters.

play it as a classic overhang play...only problem no actual overhang apart from t traders and mm's going short in the hope news is not as good as many expect.
we have hit commercial in romania and we are back where we started???

now an interesting point a analyst made to me was...say mm's went to company saying how about another placing and got told we dont need anymore cash from loan sharks..we are getting a bank loan...the mm's now know no placing..so they now need to frighten out novice retail punters...best way drop share price ..the spread gives away the game...cant buy really cheap...but happy to take 2.5mill in 1 sell..shows they need stock...they are also fighting clock as news could come at anytime on

1) options exercised cash in

2) strategic investor comes on board

3)new asset taken ..uog new one???

4)loan taken

5) italy does the business

6)romania further developement...look up raffles and see the big guys who own it

problem we have here for the mms is romania was a success...news of any further postivitity from romania could appear...a new asset announcement??the bod should now dip their hands in their pockets and exercise their options..that would be 72mill i think at 0.52p...so that means £350k cash in...and italy is getting closer everyday...

too many positives...and if a strategic investor with big pockets wants to come in and take 20 to 30% at a0.5p or above and this will be a whole new animal.:) buy and hold imho

Your were right about them dropping it Trev and the wet behind the ears duly obliged and handed over their shares for f-all.

Personally don't think there will be another placing this year and not sure others do either, but it makes for a good deramp and that's all part of the game.

Once a drill hit proven commercial this can be used to back a loan with this drill hit another now you can borrow even more.
When you have no assets getting a loan to cover is near imposiable

I have had a look at this company as it appeared after yesterday's news and it looks to me like Placings are part of the business model. The BOD use their expertise to identify targets and then tap up the punters for funds to invest. So yes, a Placing will come but that's not necessarily a bad thing if the target and returns come to fruition. In the long run they hope to generate revenue (e.g Romania) which they will then invest in a new target - rinse and repeat. Appears clear to me, so why the chit chat and what am I missing??
