From December .Unfortunately, due to continued challenging market conditions, we were advised that the market would not support a fundraise of any magnitude before the New Year, so the Company was unable to commit to the farm-in.The Company will continue to evaluate investment opportunities in the New Year. However, and in order to minimise diluting investors, Prospex is actively pursuing the self-funded acquisition of highly prospective open-acreage in proven onshore basins in Europe. |
Posted at 08/1/2024 01:48 by bad gateway You haven't missed a lot saint he's just reiterating in his own way what the co. has said in its recent update. ie no cheap raises and no unnecessary dilution for holders..."The Company uses its skills and experience to evaluate deals and will only pursue those which are in the interests of our shareholders. The Board does not believe it is in shareholders' interests to finance deals on disadvantageous terms. In recent months, the state of the stock market has made it almost impossible, in the Board's opinion, to finance good deals on good terms." in fact they're now looking at self funded purchases going forwards. Thought myself they needed cash for drilling commitments in Spain and Italy but suppose if they're not drilling til end of yr (Italy) and their debts are largely paid off they'll have to put their cash to work somewhere? Posted at 18/12/2023 07:53 by bad gateway Agree Marks wages are too high with the small amount of growth he's provided but seems more likely they'll just use the cash from Italy as it grows to farm into projects in europe in a small way to me as they don't want to dilute holders. Expect thats why no guidance on current production where they should be past the start up phase and hitting 80,000scm/day.Did you note that the funding was for projects they wanted to farm into during this year whist Italy was still in test phase not for projects going forward which are planned to be self funded? From 2021 till now they have given out over with warrsnts over 100 million shares unbelievable it's a gravy train for the few . Total scandal that's why it's at 5p . They have milked it over past few years . Get it over 100 million more or less free shares been given out to. Directors and three investors you have old Directors as well full of free option or CLN shares . |

Posted at 16/11/2023 08:13 by bad gateway I have watched his interviews and he's been entirely consistent telling investors that nothing will happen til next gov is formed.Personally I'm under no illusions with Spain, the system of installing a new gov doesn't work and the electric price keeps getting trashed even if they do so would like Spanish ops sold. Agree top mans wages are too high now they're not being able to deliver on their growth ambitions and have already told them so but don't expect my voice to carry too much weight on its own. |
