So an interesting month ahead - I wouldn't be short on this.

Agreed LA, judging from the latest info, The institutions now hold around 20% of the shares.

Phil - 100p would be a low ball offer, though buying out the remaining shareholders before the property profits hits the bottom line would not be a total surprise.

Also worth noting that the remaining 1.3m warrants which are exercisable at 88p expire in around two weeks on the 8th May 13.

Wong would have to get the Institutions onside, they hold more than half of the outside shareholding now.

I expect Mr Wong to announce a low-ball bid for this business at say 100p within a month, so that the massive property profits due, accrue to him (or one of his other companies) rather than us outside shareholders.

Would be a very good time to pounce (and probably succeed!) at around a quarter of the true net asset price.

Don't rule it out - just happened to me with NTA !

Yeah thats the one, just a tiny top up to add to others.
I've watched pmhl for a lot of years now, been in and out but have recently been dribbling back in. At some point the share price will resemble the companies assets.

Trading update was end of May last year, Results were end of June, could see a similar pattern this year ... then again we could get a trading update tomorrow.

There is still a large buyer operating in the Market. They are bidding 61.2p for 75,000 shares. I am puzzled why there has been no Trading Update this year ,unless it has to do with share purchases by Wong in the Parent just before the year end. Profits from property sales this year should take the asset value above 400p.

I think I'm wasting my time posting the positive fundamentals here - this share is off most radar's until we start getting double digit share price rises.

Given the current AIM undervaluation, I wouldn't blame the Chairman for making a low ball 130p offer for the remaining stock.

Noticed he is still picking up stock in PIHL -

Just checked the online quote - MM's short on stock - you can currently sell 50k at 60.25p , buy 2.5k at 64p.

Che - special dividend, ACC divestment, share buy back - I think any one of these would produce a substantial rerate of the stock.

Dr,
I would like to see a special dividend this year to coincide with the property recognition of sales.

Divest the cement business to shareholders or do a share buy-back.

If it was possible to takeover the Company at the current price and dispose of the Company's stake in ACC at the current price, you would make 7p per share profit + You would get all the other Iron Ore and Property assets (NAV £2+ per share) for free.

Perhaps it would be possible to short ACC and go long PMHL, although I understand it's difficult to short chinese stocks and also to pick up much stock in PMHL at these levels.

All the doom and gloom in the UK about Chinese property means the property assets held here are valued at less than nothing, even though the major development is 90% presold at prices close to double original estimates.

Just check out China Vanke's share price (China's largest property developer) to see how much doom and gloom there really is - currently hitting an all time high and has recovered 60% in the last 6 months.

With the largest shareholder Mackenzie also increasing their holding marginally, I do not think there can be much loose stock left now.

All we need is for some of the underlying postive news to be recognised and this could rerate very quickly.

It seems LIM recognise how undervalued the share is and continue to pick up any loose stock.
