ProPhotonix Limited (London Stock Exchange - AIM: PPIX and PPIR, OTC: STKR), a designer and manufacturer of LED illumination systems and laser diode modules with operations in Ireland and the U.K., announces that its annual report and accounts for the year ended December 31, 2013, and the Notice of AGM were posted to shareholders on April 24, 2014. The annual report and Notice can be viewed and downloaded from the Company's website at www.prophotonix.com.
The Company's AGM will be held on May 22, 2014 at the office of K&L Gates LLP, One New Change, London, England at 10 AM British Summer Time.
