PDMR Shareholding

Promethean World Plc (LSE: PRW) has been notified of the following transfers of ordinary 10p shares in the Company.

On 27 June 2014, Holepunch No.7 Limited, (a company controlled by the RJ Cann trust, which is a connected person of Tony Cann), gifted 1,000,000 ordinary shares to Jonathan Cann, one of Tony Cann's children.

On 27 June 2014, the HA Cann 1997 IIP trust (which is a connected person of Tony Cann), gifted 1,000,000 ordinary shares to Roger Cann one of Tony Cann's children.

In addition, on 25 June 2014 the HA Cann 1997 IIP trust sold 11,302,498 ordinary shares, at a price of 31.75 pence per share, to the Bowland Charitable trust.As Tony Cann is a trustee of the Bowland Charitable trust, although he is not a beneficiary, this trust is treated as a connected person of his.

Also on 25 June 2014, the Hoch Settlement (which is a connected person of Tony Cann) sold 5,500,000 ordinary shares, at a price of 31.75 per share, to the Bowland Charitable trust.

Following these transactions, and including the existing share interests of the Bowland Charitable trust (187,410 ordinary shares), the number of ordinary shares in which Tony Cann and his connected persons are beneficially interested is 64,553,283 ordinary shares, or 31.77% of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital of 203,200,000 ordinary shares.
