PDMR Share Awards

Promethean World Plc (LSE: PRW) announces that on 28 June 2013 the following awards in respect of ordinary 10p shares in Promethean were made by the Company to a member of the Company's Senior Management Team under the Company's share plans, being the Promethean Performance Share Plan 2011 ("PSP") and the Promethean Company Share Option Plan 2010 ("CSOP").

The award made under the PSP is a conditional right to acquire shares, requiring no payment by the individual to acquire the shares.

The award made under the CSOP has an exercise price of 12.875p per share, being the mid market value on the business day prior to the date of grant. This is payable on the date of exercise of the relevant option.
