Director/PDMR Shareholding

Promethean World Plc (LSE: PRW) has been notified of the following transfers of ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company.

On 28 March 2013, Holepunch No.7 Limited, (a company controlled by the RJ Cann Trust, which is a connected person of Tony Cann), sold 641,000 ordinary shares, at a price of 16.75 pence per share, to SIPP's established for the benefit of Tony Cann's children as follows:

   SJ Cann                                                - 207,000 shares 
   CA Cann                                               - 144,000 shares 
   RJ Cann                                                - 153,000 shares 
   JR Cann                                                - 62,000 shares 
   Mrs BME Wigham (nee Cann)                 - 75,000 shares 

Also on 28 March 2013 the H A Cann 1997 Interest in Possession Trust (which is a connected person of Tony Cann) appointed 59,699 ordinary shares, to a third party beneficiary of the Trust.

Following the above transfers, the number of ordinary shares in which Tony Cann and his connected persons are beneficially interested is 66,539,873 ordinary shares, or 33.27% of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
