Director/PDMR Shareholding

Promethean World Plc (LSE: PRW) has been notified of the following transfers of ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company.

On 13th March 2013 the C A Cann Discretionary Trust (which is a connected person of Tony Cann), sold in aggregate 10,000,000 ordinary shares, at a price of 17.00 pence per share, to each of the R J Discretionary Trust (being a connected person of Tony Cann) and the Hoch Settlement (which is a connected person of Tony Cann) as follows:

   RJ Cann Discretionary Trust                    - 4,500,000 shares. 
   The Hoch Settlement                              - 5,500,000 shares. 

Including the above transfers, the number of ordinary shares in which Tony Cann and his connected persons are beneficially interested remains at 65,658,502 ordinary shares, or 32.83% of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
