RCT2,I'm back in as well, and I got a better quote for PEYS than PEY - approx 1.5% more shares. At a 10% discount to NAV it could be a good re-entry point.

RCT - well-timed sale - congratulations. The share price has now finally cracked from the rather absurd over-valuation. Even after the sudden fall to 995p the NAV discount is still one of the lowest in the sector at 6.3%.

About time the dividend started to go up as well, think they said a minimum of 5% of NAV each year, it's bang on that level now.

pey continues to advance the nav 1.6% higher in december still share price on a good 10% discount even at these £9 levels and dividends covered for at least 2 years .

Just to complete the saga, iDealing have finally coughed up the dividend. I assume they were dead last this time and no-one is still waiting for theirs?
