Result of Annual General Meeting and CEO Appointment

Primorus Investments plc (AIM: PRIM) announces that at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed on a poll.

The full text of the resolutions considered at the AGM are contained in the Notice of AGM, which was published on 8 June 2021 and a copy of which is available on the Company's website at www.primorusinvestments.com .

The Company is also pleased to announce that Matthew Beardmore has accepted, with effect from tomorrow, the role of Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Concurrent with this appointment, Mr Beardmore will no longer serve as a Non-Executive Director of the Company. Rupert Labrum will remain as Executive Chairman and Hedley Clark will remain as a Non-Executive Director.

Rupert Labrum, Executive Chairman, said: "I am delighted that Matthew has accepted the role of CEO. I am looking forward to working closely with him as we review an exciting pipeline of potential opportunities."

Matthew Beardmore, CEO-elect, said: "We have a robust balance sheet, a healthy cash position and some compelling investments, and with the opportunity to build on these with a healthy pipeline of prospective investments which we are reviewing.

"Following the AGM, the Company now has an updated investing policy. I am particularly excited that the Company can explore opportunities which will allow it to invest in special purpose acquisition companies ("SPACs"); principally SPACs whose shares are traded on, or are intended to be traded on, the Standard Segment of the Main Market or AIM. We are reviewing several such opportunities and I look forward to updating shareholders on these initiatives."
