I did question whether UKOG paid fair value. Are RGM management incompetent or just short term money grabbers.

Do the maths. If 1.9% is worth £323,000; then 100% is worth roughly 50 times that amount.
I have been following the various above board and questionable buys and sells for HHDL since 2014. Highest valuation to date for HHDL assuming the above simple form of Maths placed a 'maximum' value of approx. £21M on HHDL.

how can HHDL only be worth £17m? when its connected to the whole weald reservoir..brockham is worth £65m on its own

Think the £2.5M valuation of the HHDL holding is OTT.

Assuming UKOG payed fair value, then HHDL is worth approx £17M; thus PRIM holding worth £1.7M.
This may be slightly light as I awaiting a response on the inconsistencies between the UKOG RNS and the RGM RNS.

How value the rest of PRIM?
£175K put into Fresho; Fresho outlined as increasing turnover 5 fold; however, the profit (if there is any) from this will be getting plowed back in to expansion costs etc., so the level of profit/dividend might be zero for some time to come.
DO NOT assume that the new valuation of this holding is a five fold increase.

Cannot find any financial returns for this private company in Australia; if anyone has a reference site I would be obliged to be made aware of it.

I am long, and have a sell order outstanding for half my holding, with the remainder running as profit.
