Posted at 18/2/2025 19:57 by simonsaid Can anyone with more skill than me find a list of investors of Fresho and put up the list here please. All I can find is this, Fresho has raised $61M. Who are Fresho’s investors? Andrew Marr International, Atlas Investment Firm, Instanz Nominees, Perpetual, and SFO Ventures are 5 of 16 investors who have invested in Fresho. |
Posted at 10/2/2025 12:27 by simonsaid You say you not invested, or act like you are not, so why else your concern here.I think your concern here is getting investors to sell their shares over a time, why, so you and your crew can take the company private. We need a new board for investors urgently before any more damage is done. |
Posted at 03/2/2025 17:32 by 2magpies simonNot you (or me), but the .. you know.. "professional" so-called 'investors' !! 'Management'?? Well, could some say that's a matter of opinion? |
Posted at 03/2/2025 15:23 by simonsaid Mags don’t blame the investors here please, the investors were here before the new management came alone, blame the new management. |
Posted at 03/2/2025 13:19 by 2magpies ooh the sycophantic gollops have all run away, it would appear!they are all very very clever(ha ha), AND they are 'investors' don't you know! All crawled into some crevice? sp now just slid. Fresho O' Fresho salad me green! Baffoons. |
Posted at 08/1/2025 17:21 by hj996 2magpies is raising valid points about the performance of the company's investments. The performance can be measured by share price however that's not the correct measure here imo. This is an investment company and the performance of the underlying investments is the correct measure. Every single investment by the current board to my knowledge has been poor or disastrous. Bushveld - that could have been lost as the company was in financial difficulties at the time, Rambler gone, Clean energy down more than 75% and unlikely to see that iPo price again as more funds and dilution will be needed; as I understand it only 1 electrolyser unit is being sold this year! Pri0r1ty will be loss making for some time imo, Interpack announced a sale of 1 unit to a German company in November 2022 and delivered it in June 2024! At this rate there will be multiple funding raises and losses going forward. Investors need to be critical of those managing their funds. Shame shareholders here don't seem to be concerned as their money keeps going up in smoke. Oh you have Fresho which is going great guns! This is what ChatGPT had to say about it and the US market is hard to crack for non US companies especially startups, so many have failed so I would take the future growth expectations with a pinch. The company was apparently doing well with great growth in existing territories so the financials to date are a cause for concern. The Series B and pre iPo valuations are often attempts by the venture capitalists to inflate the price for a future listing it doesn't mean that it will actually be valued that much on any future iPo. "Fresho has experienced financial challenges in 2023, with low turnover and operating losses despite its innovative platform and growing customer base. While its technology shows potential, its financial performance lags, making its valuation from the Series B round—estimate |
Posted at 06/1/2025 09:58 by 2magpies Well, this is MUCH better: engage and discuss!First, the word is 'mathematics' with the 's' at the end, therefore the abbreviation has to be 'maths', not 'math'. Anyhoo: the more recent picks display a complete lack of 'investment' rationale: massively loss-making, fund-eating entities that like 'investors' who pin everything on 'hope' (which is the next-door neighbour of 'prayer'). Racing tipsters often mollify the betting cattle-base by calling their bets 'investments'! But a gamble is NOT an investment. Putting more funds repeatedly into a so-called investment, that hasn't given you any return is akin to going back repeatedly to the bookies, hoping you 'will win this time'. |
Posted at 06/1/2025 09:39 by betterupthandown1 we didn't take over the company until late 2020 so you will have to take issue with the previous board on their performance. The market cap is 50% up from there and we have paid out a 2m dividend. Also you need to factor in that the previous board did a share consolidation. I think you will find whether you agree or not with our strategy that we have far outperformed most investment companies on Aim and have proved we have returned share holder value via performance and dividends( which you are unlikely to find other investment co's on AIM). We cut salaries, got rid of the free lifestyle options which is rife on Aim and own nearly 30 % of the company ourselves. do we get it right all the time -No. But have investors lost a penny on this stock if you had held from our requisition- No. Good luck with your investing and a Happy New Year to all. |

Posted at 05/6/2024 12:24 by 2magpies "chutes015 Jun '24 - 12:38 - 3547 of 3548 0 0 0 4.3% of Fresho is significant as investors will see" 'averaging down' is what amateurs do! The share price has remained BELOW 3.75p for far longer during the last SEVEN-plus years, than above it. THAT'S what the investors have seen. No doubt this lot think they are experts/professional As of now, today, NOT A SINGLE trade. Indeed investors have seen. |
