Between 31 October 2017 and 2 November 2017, Donald Strang, Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired 2,894,006 Primorus ordinary shares at an aggregated price of 0.240 pence per share, representing 0.126% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

Following the acquisition, Mr Strang holds an interest in 12,000,000 Primorus ordinary shares, representing 0.523% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
