These hit the market tomorrow,so alot of shares washing around....ssue of EquityPrimorus Investments plc (AIM: PRIM, ISDX: PRIM) announces that it has raised GBP500,000, gross of expenses, through the issue of 333,333,334 new ordinary shares of 0.01p each in the Company ("Placing Shares") at a placing price of 0.15 pence per share with certain institutional and private investors ("the "Placing").The funds raised will be used to assist in progressing possible investment opportunities that the Company is currently looking at and for general working capital purposes. Application is being made for the Placing Shares, which will, on issue, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM and such admission is expected to occur on or around 21 July 2017. The Placing Shares will be admitted to trading on NEX Exchange simultaneously with the admission to AIM.

Another way to think about it..... We don't know why it's risen, quick release Rns, share price falls..... Directors get more shares when they buy.

Sitting on my holding, held up well after the Company issued the usual rns after a big rise.

Onwards we go with a few pull backs along the way, I will use that as a top up opportunity if it happens.
