Result of Court Hearing

Prime People (AIM: PRP) is pleased to announce that the Capital Reduction has been confirmed by the Court at a hearing earlier today in the terms proposed by the Board in the Circular to Shareholders dated 18 December 2019.

The Capital Reduction will take effect upon the Order of the Court being lodged with, and registered by, the Registrar of Companies, which is expected to take place tomorrow, 22 January 2020. The dispatch of cheques and the crediting of the relevant CREST accounts in respect of the Return of Capital, as described in the Circular, is expected to take place on or around 29 January 2020.

Unless the context requires otherwise, defined terms used in this announcement shall have the meanings given to them in the Circular dated 18 December 2019.
