I will say to other investors, dyor, and make up your own mind.. Tara7 always has one point of view and leeches literally off other investors as shown by this board set-up... IMHO, he probably has sold a few and kept a few...

I've been on these boards long enough to see those posters that entice the more vulnerable ones...

"How long will it take them to burn £9M"

What are you saying.? that the directors are going to run the company into the ground.!

How long will it take them to burn £9mill, take away the intangibles and you are left with a vulnerable business model that is burning cash, and year-by-year comparison show liabilities almost doubling, yes doubling!

They will need incredible strong cash generation to really get the business flowin g but they are burning cash @ a rate of knots!!!!!!

I'm completely aware of post balance sheet events Tara, but have you looked at the liability rate and cashburn rate?

Cash of £9M has been delivered since those accounts.

Try doing a bit of research

I suggest the cashburn rate here will antiquate this at these levels... i suggest you also look @ how quickly liabilities are mounting up..

The shares went up as other investors see just how cheap this stock is.!!

Look @ the last interims.. in order to show a profit they've significantly increased the liabilities... take away the intangible asset position and they are at square one...

Look @ how the liabilities have grown.. i suggest you've probably sold..

Steg:

Re the film rights:

Please read page 8 of the last full year accounts.

That tells us they paid £9M for them, and sold them on for the same amount.

This stock has just put out results of £2.7M for the half year, and has just got £9M of cash that reduces debt to not far off zero.

It is growing faster than a train, and if the second half is the same as the first the PE will be just 1.5!!!!

I take the view it can 10 bag very fast from here as it gets rated on a pe of 10-14.

Today one can buy the whole company for just 8 Million quid.!!!

What a load of tosh!

saffy..

ps. I suspect tara has sold out..

No one has managed tom explain how they came by the rights they sold for 9 million to themselves.
They didn't appear to pay much for them, so how do they suddenly become worth 9 million in the space of 6 months?

Director buying would be fab,and yes they can buy now.

A broker buy note would also send this into space.

Note in India,[the HQ] brokers do have reports and forecasts.

The next few weeks are going to be fun.!

At the AGM they gave powers to the board to hand out options to the staff, we should see news on them soon i would think.

I like the idea all of us are winners , Directors , staff and shareholders.

A bit of director buying wouldn't go amiss.

I take it we are not in a closed period?

From the last set of accounts [INDIA]

An extra 200 are being hired in London.

Plus NEW York is set to double in the next few weeks.

I have never found such cheap growth on AIM for years.!!

Plus tiny or no debt.

I am very happy you made 400% on Northacre.

At the time you bought the market had not SEEN what was going on, even though it was in the market for all to see. !![IE RNS news items accounts etc.]

PFO came out with its results last monday and rose 70% on the day when in my view it should have been marked up 350%.

The company has cash, so no need for a placing, it is making huge profits, it is growing in a booming sector.

Not sure what PE the media sector is trading on but 12-14 seems about right.

PFO is trading on a pe of 2.!!!

If one buys any share their is risk, that is why i like to reduce that risk as much as i can when buying.

If you buy a share on a PE of 2 where profits are growing fast one should be on a sure fire winner.[in my view]

I reckon it's worth 60p+ conservatively if these earnings are recreatable.

Admin costs are a bit high though - I'd like to see more margin (and fewer clangers as Stegrego points out) in the future.

Tara

Well played for being right again. I was very happy with my Northacre 400% gain and am looking forward to similar, if not better, returns here.

Thanks.
