President announces that the Company's 2021 Annual Report & Accounts was distributed to shareholders yesterday together with a Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held on Friday 22 July 2022 at 11 a.m. BST at The Army and Navy Club, 36-39 Pall Mall, London, SW1Y 5JN.
