20/1/2017 12:56 | PVG certainly being wanted - mm's bidding for stock with the bid just now raised to 190p. Strong bid/ask totals of 53k v 12k say it all. | fillipe
20/1/2017 11:15 | Must be something quite strong going on in the background at PVG as there's very little comment showing up on any of the other popular discussion boards. There are a few smallish buys, but most are relatively chunky - 3k to 7.5k lots today, which isn't exactly chickenfeed money. Level 2 is strong with the bid/ask at over 4:1 and buys at 198p are very close to the best ask of 200p. I think there was only one small sale today - just 427 shrs, right at the open. At the best bid/ask it's 9600 v only 3000 shares on the table - a pretty healthy picture here. gla f | fillipe
20/1/2017 09:37 | No doubt there will be a few seeking to take profits. There have been spikes in price before but they have been on day of news release and not supported by particularly strong buying. This time the price has not reacted to any news and just seems driven by continued strong buying. Could be sustained therefore. For me a three year horizon to let the potential come through. If they hit broker targets fir profits for the next few years this share price will have been an absolute bargain. | hydrus

20/1/2017 09:07 | It's been a good week so far, let's hope we close today on a new high. A very exciting 2017 for PVG and it's share holders. Could be my share of the year. | ginger_ninja1

17/1/2017 13:54 | Not a chartist, saw this on iii: [...] Link not working(?) Premier Vet Group (LSE:PVG) This share always provides an excuse to publish a snapshot of one of our dogs, a breed commonly known as "the vets best friend". This is nothing to do with their nature but rather more an indication of Golden Retrievers ability to hurt themselves. A massive beach can be pristine with just a single nail buried somewhere deep in the sand. Within minutes, one of our dogs will be limping, having found the nail. Last time we viewed this share (link here) we'd proposed some movement to an initial 180p with secondary, if bettered, at 228p. As the chart shows, it achieved our 180p but failed to actually close above this point. The interesting situation now proposes movement - even intraday trades - above 180p as heading to an initial 204p with secondary, if bettered, at a more achievable longer term 228p. This lot are pretty far from being a popular share but it appears to follow "the rules" with price moves in the last couple of sessions allowing for a raised eyebrow. Currently trading around 165p, it appears the market is making an attempt to kick it upstairs again. As RED highlights, the share needs fall below 110p to provide alarm, along with the potential of a trip toward 80p. Which, like frequent vet bills, would suck. | lomax99
17/1/2017 13:38 | there are probably more pets than people but the number of pet companies is surprisingly small. This company is in a massive massive massive business sector (pets) and its one of the few companies in this sector you can buy into via AIM and bung in your ISA. .What is not to like? | netcurtains
17/1/2017 13:18 | More buying this lunchtime. | pet lover
17/1/2017 12:21 | Another buy now showing ITRO £20,000 | pet lover
16/1/2017 14:48 | Certainly quite some interest today in the stock! Bid/ask steadily increased to now 160p v 170p. But also do note the total ask has risen to 31,300 v total bid of 12k, so there is really some hunger for the stock....not seen it over 2.5 : 1.0 for some long time! gla. f | fillipe
16/1/2017 13:37 | American and EU Sales make this stock Brexit Proof | netcurtains
16/1/2017 13:18 | Full ask now being paid for 3,000 market size. | pet lover
16/1/2017 13:16 | These big trades over the last few days give I think an indication of where the stock is headed.American sales are way over my own assumptions, just 3 months ago. PVG have 10,000 vet hospital leads to work through in America a 10% hit rate is all that is required. The most encouraging aspect is how fast clients sign up after PVG gets the individual hospital contract. This starts rapid cashflow for the hospital and PVG. We have been told margins are also higher in the USA I also note the Uk pound is at a 3 month low.👌 | pet lover
16/1/2017 12:05 | Pet lover perhaps as they updated the market with the results at end of Nov they plan to update say in Feb/march ? | hydrus
16/1/2017 11:55 | Now a more sensible, but still wide 145p v 155p, with a total of 4 lots of 3k = 12k shrs, on each side. f | fillipe
16/1/2017 11:01 | In the past we have had a quarter update by now,so it's due any day or is something else going on. ? | pet lover
16/1/2017 10:24 | I suspect it's a delayed buy tbh | hydrus
16/1/2017 10:07 | The trade that has just gone through is exactly 65.000 shares less than the large buy last Friday @ £1.30. I wonder if someone has netted down and is now holding 65,000 shares at a cost of £55,000. If so, not bad position over one trading day! | yorkiemike |
