18/11/2016 16:29 | Premier Pet Care Plan Yesterday at 06:50 · We launched this practice on Friday (11/12) they have 10 clients on plan already. I'd say they are pretty excited!!! They are creative I'll say that, see below. | pet lover
09/11/2016 20:34 | Nice find home brew !! | bigglesbingham
09/11/2016 16:43 | This old boy can't get enough PVG. From the hound and myself let's hope he is onto a 🏁 | pet lover
02/11/2016 21:40 | Cheers petlover reads better | bigglesbingham
02/11/2016 14:19 | Bigglesbingham: PVG don't seem to have been to happy with what Foundry wrote to Big themselves up. It's now changed and reads: "Premier Vet Group had a pet wellness plan that was performing well, but needed a new look and feel. Our research revealed vets and pet owners both want the same thing: pets at their best. We brought this new direction to life with refreshed branding, photography with real personality and dynamic communications that sold the concept effortlessly to practices and their clients." It just goes to show that give these marketing firms half an inch and they will take a mile in an effort to show themselves in a good light.Overall Foundry does appear to have done a good job of rebranding both the buying group and the Premier Pet plans just hope PVG has agreed on a fee reduction of 2.5% for a sloppy and incorrect few lines that undermined all the hard work being done by both companies. | pet lover
31/10/2016 16:16 | Well still buying at these rates with a view to £2 plus next spring after results inc America | bigglesbingham
31/10/2016 16:14 | Cheers petlover I've still been buying at these low levels just worried that this stagnation has never raised its head before, it's always been positive from the company . | bigglesbingham
31/10/2016 15:45 | Sales slacking : I don't think so. European sales have gone from 3,000 one year ago to 18,000 12 months later. 500% growth is about as good as it gets.UK sales have lept from 79,000 to 121,000 after the loss of 5,500 plans when the vets were sold off.I concede that more investment was required to keep the sales offer fresh just what PVG has done. These are the type of growth rates that excite the investment community because they outstrip just about all other shares. This has been achieved without America even starting to produce plan sales. The article has been written to show off foundary's work and by the looks of it they done a great job of re vamping the sales pitch. | pet lover
31/10/2016 14:05 | Hi petlover what do you make to the negativity in the fact that the sales have been slacking etc | bigglesbingham
31/10/2016 12:13 | In terms of selling Premier Pet Care Plan (PPCP) into vets, we have developed a dynamic PowerPoint presentation to enable the sales team to talk through all of the benefits of PPCP in a more engaging way. Flyers and discount ‘doggie dollars’ incentivise new business, and a video has also been created to jointly sell both the Premier Vet Alliance Buying Group and PPCP into the US and European market. As a result, one of America’s oldest and largest pet insurance providers has partnered with PPCP and will be introducing it into their vast network of practices. The PowerPoint presention is a must and gets full marks from the hound and I.The next sentence is news to me taking the buying group out of the UK.That should lift growth and profits.💰 | pet lover
31/10/2016 10:54 | Thanks pet lover. From what I can see the page was first indexed by Google on 8th September so hopefully the new materials are already having a beneficial impact. | homebrewruss
31/10/2016 10:21 | Two full weeks holiday and time on my hands. It says this is new and must come from a marketing company who were presumably given a brief from PVG. They clearly want to put themselves in a good light with a touch of spin. The last few lines are rather interesting. | pet lover
27/10/2016 20:09 | Any ideas why this was so volatile on purchases and sells now it's practically stagnant?? | bigglesbingham
23/10/2016 17:10 | thanks pet lover - good to see it pulled together that way. And also less concerned about the current weakness than I was | janeann
23/10/2016 16:53 | The numbers above come from a well known city publisher I have removed all the clap trap on the page in question that took the best part of half an hour. HYDRUS I think one can assume the HL account is small shareholders. The Hargreaves Hale very large holding is a mystery to me but when you look it up it comes back to a fund manager.I can't explain the Midas holding for Biglesbingham either.😇 | pet lover
23/10/2016 11:19 | Midas own a lot more than 40k because I personally own more through them. Where do you get your info?? | bigglesbingham
23/10/2016 10:26 | Petlover are HH, HL etc discretionary accounts on behalf of retail investors though? I am not sure how to tell | hydrus
21/10/2016 17:19 | Another week over getting colder in the mornings. 🎚 A look at who has been buying PVG over the last few months is revealing to the hound and myself. It shows that the ex AKT small shareholders have been selling out to the big players who have been constant buyers. The director sales also ended up in the hands of the big players Any selling and those buyers come out of the woodwork as was the case in point this week.Large trades often go through on the digital ISDX platform. The directors appear keen not to dilute their holdings which has to be a good thing for all shareholders. In doing so very few shares are available in the free market at any one time. The first list is of current shareholders. The second list is the amount of shares that have been bought. The third list is shareholders who have Lowered their holdings. The lists exclude the massive director holdings of about 70% Data as of Oct 21 2016. Institutional shareholders Movers Per cent of shares held by top holders Holder Shares % Held Hargreave Hale Ltd. 15/10/2016 17:16 | 4 in 10 claims rejected is an outrageous amount for pet insurance. One has to pay a 10% tax on the premiums as well.Pet Health Plans appear to offer a far cheaper way to keep your pet healthy irrespective of who offers the plan PVG or a competitor.Rather than pay the premiums for pet insurance start a kitty putting in the amount you would pay in insurance.Over the pets lifetime the vast majority of pet owners will be quids in.🐾🐾 | pet lover
14/10/2016 18:10 | Thanks pet lover that's interesting insight. Some institutional buying would certainly boost the price quite quickly because of the low number shares in issue. Would be quite tricky to say get to 5% of the company. I am expecting mr uppal to seek to reduce his holding at some point because he has such a big stake. Can't see him doing that until the share price reflects the prospects fully, might have to wait a year or two but I'm sure that won't be a problem. | hydrus
14/10/2016 17:09 | Another week done and dusted. At long last it appears we have some interest in the company following this weeks trading statement. My broker says the market was bidding for 50,000 shares today. At a guess that's due to one of the following.PVG doing the rounds talking to the institutions.A broker research note in the wings.Newspaper article in the next few days. These are pure guesses the trading statement was bullish so may be it's about time the company got noticed.🐾 | pet lover
12/10/2016 19:17 | Pet lover. Many thanks for your reply.Yes the next update should be very interesting. I will be looking to attend the next AGM and will ask a few questions and try to put a bit more meat on the bones. | hibberts |
