Early exchange of convertible bonds

Premier is pleased to announce that, further to its announcement on 11 January 2018, it has successfully concluded its invitation to convertible bondholders to accelerate the exchange of the outstanding convertible bonds (the "Bonds") into ordinary shares of the Company.

The Company has accepted for exchange convertible bonds in excess of US$180 million of the outstanding Bonds at a Final Offer Consideration of US$50 per US$1,000 of the principal amount.

A further announcement will be made later today with full details of the results of the invitation following confirmation of all orders processed in the relevant clearing systems.
