look what happened to TLW after their refinancing several months ago that did include more shares being issued.... initial - 10% followed by a very quick +50%

I have just put a limit buy order in for a further 10k in my SIPP, holding between SIPP and nominee acct will be just under 70k once filled

Am quietly confident of a good return this year, minimum expectation is 120p possibly touching 200p IF and only IF there are no big surprises on refinancing terms and POO behaves reasonably sensibly. No worries with 7% plus warrants if at sensible price

I am actually long on premier and remain so just thinking in realistic terms. I'm not trading this at all. Value will out over the longer term in my view thanks

I note from the article that the refinance won't be materially dilutive to shareholders but suggests that it will be dilutive. Surely we are only going down in the short term even if refinancing is announced

That 1.5m @ 93.25 go through as O or A as on the .25 but not on my laptop to see. Looked like more traded via SETs today though in general which good to note.

....also, I'm quite a cynic so am always wary that the MM's have allowed the shorters to buy the stock back cheap in one big lump [rather than going through the book] so that they can rinse and repeat by using that stock all over again to keep a cap [or walk down] on the share price

OK thank you. I have serious FOMO..! Will stick with FXPO for now but watching PMO closely!

Not really giles

We've seen far too many false dawns here and I'd be very surprised if buys of that size didn't get noticed if PMO suddenly released news.

I personally think we'll have more of the sideways movement until formal notification of the outcome - good or bad.

A couple of lumpy buys gone through

Shorters getting their stock handed back to them by an accommodating MM or a confident individual?

If you have millions and millions of dollars of funds at hand then its fairly simple.Short oil at $56.Create some negative production headline, negative press and then buy back at $54.Could the likes of Saudi Arabia or others be so calculated.?
