15/11/2016 10:51 | I see there is a massive float of off book shares available for the MM to bypass sets system this goes to a predetermined price point in a day wonder who's on that distribution list?!?! | bakedbean57

15/11/2016 09:08 | Should see poo rise into the OPEC meeting. Glad to hold and have a very large holding in ENQ. | mreasygoing
15/11/2016 09:01 | More than made up for yesterday's disappointment. How are all you rampant shorts now? | forwood
15/11/2016 08:17 | I think there'll be time to get in after the news so Im still thinking I'll wait for news or sentiment on oil to shift. GLA. | whiskeyinthejar
15/11/2016 08:03 | Decided to let my gambling instincts take precedence over rationality - in for just a few today. "Buy when others are fearful" as Buffett says. | puzzler2
15/11/2016 07:45 | Thanks for all your responses - always good to hear different opinions | puzzler2
15/11/2016 06:57 | Indeedy, most traders I assume will not want to be short on oil or pmo going into the opec meeting. Even if they are skeptical. | whiskeyinthejar
15/11/2016 06:51 | U.S. crude prices are also likely to be supported by short-covering, said Philips Futures' investment analyst Jonathan Chan."The current active contract (for U.S. crude) is expiring. The last trading day is next Monday, so some oil traders are already starting to close out their positions to roll over," said Chan, based in Singapore. | paulbiya
15/11/2016 06:41 | Oh and poo back I've read 45us.....today. Typical pattern poo down 20% nyboy suggests Armageddon next month poo up 20% irrespective of OPEC deals, buy whilst every analyst talking it down etc. | paulbiya
15/11/2016 06:38 | Shorts are tiny compared with TLW. I believe they are trying it on during this down period when delays were known to the fewAs for OPEC, the price in last day or two was lower than ore Algiers. It is a gamble with OPEC abut they will have seen the impact if they don't get an agreement...wake up call. | paulbiya
15/11/2016 06:36 | Similarly Ive been in and out of pmo, but don't hold. However if you compare the enterprise value to the market cap, pmo is trading at less than a tenth of enterprise value. That's very cheap. So a lot of risk and bad news is already priced in. Refinancing may not be that bad. | whiskeyinthejar
15/11/2016 06:35 | Puzzler. Higher production, lower capex, stronger fx. Debt refinancing agreed, now hangs on intercreditor issues being sorted out. Each month covenants get tested PMO in stronger position, POO 44.5 but was over 50 us for 6 we is wasn't it. | paulbiya
15/11/2016 06:00 | I've been a big PMO fan, trading it throughout the year (and making some money), but I am not deluded - right now, I don't hold. Problems - debt re-financing taking an age, with banking covenant tests being suspended, needs oil at £45 to be able to pay down its significant debt (just above that now), outlook is for continued over-supply and OPEC cuts are questionable, increasing short positions, short-term chart looking terrible. I'm struggling to find a reason to buy, even at 49p? | puzzler2
14/11/2016 22:30 | Are the deluded ones still calling this to the moon and beyond, best try to keep above 55p first | ny boy
14/11/2016 21:50 | Thread gone looney.Reminds me of AAL when it went £2.50.We all know where AAL is now. | anony mous
14/11/2016 18:12 | Did try to tell em, its getting shorted for a good reason ;) | marvin9 |
