05/9/2018 15:51 | Bit OTT this move even with current beta . Brent is high so I find myself adding. Today we saw that CBs are all converted so debt falling too and respective interest costs . Baffled at this lucky opportunity . But thank you for it | ![]() onedb1
05/9/2018 15:45 | Just games, PMO never been in a better position. May add but reckon markets in for a couple of tough months so will hope for silly prices, esp in miners. | ![]() cumnor

05/9/2018 09:05 | Guess there were some unhedged CB shares and the MMs are taking full advantage.. Not helped by the 'plummet' (lol) in Brent to $77.50 | ![]() nav_mike
05/9/2018 07:18 | 31,412,059 New shares created & debt reduced by $28.772MM... works out to just $0.9159 conversion price. Stated conversion price was $0.91744, so it looks like they've included the residual accrued interest as well (Previous forced conversion in Jan was at $0.8875 since it included "incentive" share). Nice to have got all the CB's out of the way... just the 55MM Warrants to go now. | ![]() steve73

04/9/2018 16:15 | Zacks Rank & A Key Pick TOTAL currently has a Zacks Rank #3 (Hold). A better-ranked stock in the same industry is Premier Oil PLC PMOIY, having a Zacks Rank #2 (Buy). You can see the complete list of today’s Zacks #1 Rank (Strong Buy) stocks here. Earnings estimates of Premier Oil have moved up 47.6% to 31 cents in the past 30 days. I think we are starting to see us moving towarsd as TD puts it 'investment quality'. 180 to 200 by Xmas | gibman

04/9/2018 10:39 | Over 7.5MM warrants were exchanged to shares for cash last month (plus 1.5MM converted cashlessly). These probably helped depress the price, since there's little point in paying to exchange at this stage and then not selling, IMO. 42% of the warrants have now been converted - just 51.6MM still to go (or c. 6% more dilution, once the remaining CB's are done). | ![]() steve73
04/9/2018 10:02 | More importantly, all this CB stuff coming to an end and the share price manipulation going with it. I expect the share price to be more stable-business now has much more visibility, incl debt, so hopefully POO (that's the key either way and I don't see the Arabs or Putin let it fall back far-their survival vested politically in it) can do its thing and PMO get back to £3 plus as investors see debt pile shrink over next year or two. Sale of Zama could see this happen much more quickly as PMO concentrates on UK (Catcher and Tolmunt) for now. | ![]() cumnor
