Anyone thinking of investing in an oil company should be taking a very good look at Premier.On or around the 16/1/17 the share price reached an intra day high of about 99p oil was trading at about $55.During that time PMO have a 25% share holding in one of the largest oil discoveries in recent times.In the next two months Catcher will start producing, adding another 20k bopd.They have now started to reduce debt.Oil is trading $9 a barrel higher than in January, meaning next year at the current price it will add a further $328m in free cash to the balance sheet.Read the news flow over the last 18 months and it is obvious that Premier is absolutley ridiculously under valued.

There have been a few of those on different stocks over the past few weeks.

Lloyds has had a couple - no actual trades going through at those prices so some sort of glitch with the feeds I'd imagine.

There was a real effort late on yesterday to keep this at 75p.

I sold a furthur 50k in the closing auction at 75p so kicking myself right now as £1k of lost profit.

Very close to the target of the inverse head n shoulders pattern (78p - 80p)

all other sectors are either at or overvalued, interest rates are still at or near zero...there's nowhere else now to put your money except Oil.....the only sector that's massively undervalued

I pictured some angry hedging barking down the phone at the YTS boy 'GET THAT 77p OFF THE BID NOW!'

so a quick flurry to bring it back down to sub 76p

In reality that must have just been too tempting for someone as a sell price.

I'll be very happy if we can stabilise over that pivotal 74.4p conversion price for a while.
