27/10/2017 12:21 | Marve......your well managed oil company,TLW, is down nearly 6%, or £150mio (43% of PMO mkt cap!!) wiped off the value of the company...OUCH!!! | badger60
27/10/2017 12:16 | In the case of HUR they are forecasting that their FPSO can be linked up to the sub-sea infrastructure given 3 days of fair weather(in a worse position weather wise than Catcher). I know they are only using two wells and targeting an initial output much smaller than PMO's at 18Kbbl/d but given that sort of timescale shouldn't Catcher now be close to commissioning? | fireplace22
27/10/2017 12:01 | Over the weekend the forecast sea state in the Catcher area will increase with gales likely and consequent increased wave heights. However, early next week and right through to another week afterwards, there is no sign of any deep depressions developing that could cause sea states and wave heights to increase. There should be lengthy windows of opportunity for work to continue at Catcher. | crystball
27/10/2017 12:01 | That's why I'm a buyer Marve. The technicals and sentiment, not the fundamentals, are completely distorting the value reflected by the share price | badger60
27/10/2017 11:30 | BadgerOther CEO's being worse is no argument for TD being good for PMO and the shareholders.I think he has been prepared to sell out the shareholders for his perceived long term benefit of the company. That was his callWhat I'm unhappy about is the transparency of that decision making and the communication or otherwise of what the true position is for shareholders. If a tacit agreement has been reached that hedge funds etc have free reign over this company until say, EBITDA is 3x or less, and all the major players know and are party to this then that should be communicated to the market as a whole not just selective parties.I don't believe the above is the case but use it as an example. It may be that he has no control or influence in the situation of hedge funds 'running' the share price of his company .It may be that PMO will re-rate at some point in the future but it all seems very dark at present. | begorrah88
27/10/2017 11:19 | MarveTLW down 5.3%PMO up 1.6%Oooooooooooooops | badger60
27/10/2017 11:15 | Morning Marve. We could do worse than Durrant for a CEO. Look no further than Company wrecking ball Oisin Fanning at SLE. He's scammed 10's £mios out of shareholders, while wiping 98%+ off the value of the shares during his tenure, and never earned a penny in commercial production revenue. You don't happen to know the avatar linksdean2, SLE's resident bb stock fluffer, by any chance? | badger60
27/10/2017 11:05 | Starving you idiot go to bed | emilio
27/10/2017 09:25 | We are basically producing as much free cash flow at the moment as we have market cap ! Go figure. | bakedbean57
27/10/2017 09:04 | TLW getting trashed......down 5% on a duster....or down circa £125mio which is circa 38% of PMO's mkt cap! | badger60
27/10/2017 08:40 | Guarantee if PoO drops this will.... Someone at PMO has a lot of explaining to do and this needs an official RNS soon to address why... | bakedbean57
27/10/2017 08:34 | Dropping the bid we are all being played! | bakedbean57
27/10/2017 08:29 | BB57 I dont think the MMs have much power in this stock....their quotes are usually miles away from best bid/offer So what that the shareholder circular is telling us is that we have invested in a share that wont rise, due to vested interests not wanting it to. Remind me to email Durrant and thank him | nav_mike
27/10/2017 08:21 | Have the MM's not considered if they actually let the share price value build it will probably generate greater trading volume.... As opposed these artificially deflated levels | bakedbean57
27/10/2017 08:19 | Up a whole .75p We should be thankful for such small mercies lol | american idiot
27/10/2017 08:04 | LOL you couldnt make this up....Brent at $59+ and not even a hint of an opening rise Leoneobull I wonder what the definition of 'an extended period of time' is, given that the bonds have years to maturity? | nav_mike
27/10/2017 06:32 | Onedb has provided a good exposition as to how hedging strategy of the CB to minimise risk is what is holding this back not fundamentals which are improving. Anybody reading the risk section of the shareholder circular will note that one of risks is the bondholders controlling the share price due to hedging and arbitrage activities for an extended period of time. This should inspire TD to find a leftfield event such as a major asset sale that leads to nee share price discovery that cannot be manipulated. Zama discovery was an example. | leoneobull
27/10/2017 05:41 | PMO came up on a filter screen (ZEUS) in today's IC - effectively a list of very cheap stocks. They include this, ENQ, TLW and some others The elephant in the room of course is DEBT. Without the debt PMO would be 300-400p+. | gersemi |
