Premier Energy and Water Trust PLC (the "Company")
Total Voting Rights and Capital
The Company announced on 16 September 2014 that the Court had approved the
Scheme and Reduction of Capital. Earlier today, the Company confirmed that the
Scheme and Reduction of Capital is now effective, and that at 8am today the ZDP
Shares were delisted and the New ZDP Shares (issued by PEWT Securities plc)
were admitted to the standard listing segment of the Official List and to
trading on the Main Market of the LSE.
As a consequence the Company's share capital now comprises 17,068,480 ordinary
shares of 1p each.
Therefore the total number of shares with voting rights at 17 September 2014 is
17,068,480 (previously 38,248,853).
The above figure of 17,068,480 may be used by shareholders as the denominator
by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in,
or change of their interest, in Premier Energy and Water Trust PLC under the
FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
