The off take won’t happen until the RTO. The off takers are not suckers like prem. They won’t count rusty trucks as security against a loan.

My point is that without audited reports it’s all guess work.

GR has spun such an intricate web so that you have no idea what is going on even when you think you do. If you think you do then take a step back, go through the last 5 years of RNSs, all the accounts (even the ones submitted late) and take a good long look at the chart. It will tell you all you need to know what's going on here.
