Why do people think this is a rise ? You can buy at the same price as yesterday which is below the current mid-price.

Won't get an ACTUAL rise until GR delivers on one of his many promises and talks of deals

There's an email transcript floating about on Twitter from Fuad saying there will be no further dilution and that they are streamlining costs. Could be fake news/rumours but might be the reason

Doctor ... it's not really a rumour .. he is supposedly close enough to a deal to put the AGM back a bit to announce the deal then .. and add a resolution to increase share cap (after all it is GR)

I don't think there will be much of an increase as the market has got a bit bored with GR's talk and wants to see it before reacting IMHO

When RHA was so close to becoming profitable, it was quite a reckless move to halt work there just to sort the % ownership issues. That must have been the major reason if not the only reason. That has certainly backfired on him/us with the savage share price destruction. He should stump up the other £200K for shares at 0.5p as a sign of good faith

RNS 18/10/2016 confirms the 4.5% cost $250k (£181k).

'As at 30 June 2017, the book value of Premier's interest in Casa was US$300,000'. That's £218k at current exchange.

'At the last closing Arc Minerals' mid-market price of 2.45p, the Consideration Shares would be valued at approximately GBP0.150 million.'

Another great investment by our George!

RNS out. We have sold our consideration in CASA for £150k worth of shares!
Does anyone know how much we paid for them initially?
