You're correct ihnc! My error.Re. Them buying our stake back, I cannot see GR even entertaining the current proposal.He sold Uramin previously for a whopping $2.5B so I have faith in a great deal being achieved on Zulu and any other asset.

Ah ok, well we might end up with shares in OTC then if they accept, its only a fringe asset at 4.5%. It rarely gets mentioned on here when compared to the likes of RHA, Zulu and Circum etc.

Edgin .. I think you have it a bit wrong as PREM still own a small % of Casa. OTC took their holding of Casa to over 70% then announced their intention to buy out the remaining %.

From OTC RNS 10th November

"Completion of the Acquisition and the Conversion on 9 November 2017 resulted in Ortac having an approximately 70% shareholding in CASA.

Further, on 9 November 2017 immediately following completion of the Acquisition Ortac made a binding public offer to acquire the balance of the shares in CASA from the minority shareholders at the same price per share as provided in the Acquisition (the "Offer").

The Offer will remain open for six months commencing from 9 November 2017.

Assuming that all Casa shareholders accept the Offer, Ortac will own 100% of the issued share capital of CASA."

I have not seen any news that PREM have accepted the offer so at the moment they still own a small % of Casa.

From PREM RNS 3rd November ...

"Premier African Minerals Limited (AIM: PREM), the London listed mining and exploration company, is pleased to provide update on Casa Mining Limited in which Premier has a 4.5% interest."

So they own a % in Casa and not OTC.

Don't think so any more they now have shares in OTC do they not? OTC took over Casa recently.

When a share rises that much and closes at the days high i would expect it to carry on for a while a while the following day.Will keep a eye on it today just out of interest as all my funds are tied up here.
