06/11/2017 11:02 | The share price moves about but the ask never appears to go above 0.4I wish the MM's would give it a rest | ![]() kop202
06/11/2017 10:32 | Maybe I'm wrong then was speed reading it this morning, I'll take another look later. | donald tramp
06/11/2017 10:26 | Ihnc- that's how I understand the rns too. An offer price for all minority shareholders of Casa. | ![]() jungmana
06/11/2017 10:20 | Have people got the wrong end of the stick with OTC or have I ? From the RNS "Following the Acquisition and conversion of the Loan Note, Ortac will hold 7,848,594 shares of Casa, representing 70.09% of the issued share capital in Casa, before an offer to acquire the remaining issued share capital from the minority shareholders of Casa." So they are going to make an offer price, haven't yet so nothing for PREM to RNS, for the remaining shares as they own over 70% now .. so it will be a cash offer for the shares that PREM own so not sure about the 6 month lock in with shares or other posts about how much the shares will be worth in the future. | ![]() ihavenoclue
06/11/2017 09:45 | Nothing has changed .. still waiting for PEA :) | ![]() ihavenoclue
06/11/2017 08:42 | Donald, I wonder will they keep the shares in OTC and therefore have exposure to the rest of their assets, not a big holding but all the same they could do well long term. Regards, Ed. | edgein
06/11/2017 08:39 | Surprised no RNS 're CASA this morning? | ![]() billthebank
06/11/2017 08:27 | We will be allocated shares in OTC Jung. Better position than now as they are listed so have tangible value, looks like they should do well based upon drill results thus far. 6 months lock in period attached so we can't dispose of them currently. | donald tramp
06/11/2017 07:28 | Well looks like OTC will be buying our 4.5% of Casa. I hope they pay a good price though | ![]() jungmana

06/11/2017 05:37 | I agree Wally which is exactly why I posted it.News will come when it comes as you say GR does not have ultimate control over timeframe. | donald tramp
06/11/2017 01:18 | Yes very funny, but I do wish people would stop with their deadlines because sometimes even GR has no control over these such as Assays etc. He is at the mercy of others just like us. Just because its late doesn't mean the news is not good so everybody chill FFS. Christmas is going to be a cracker this year no Pomaign any more. | wallyjumblat
05/11/2017 21:33 | For those interested I can confirm 100% that there is a 50/50 chance of a 7am rns in the morning. I would further add that the above statement is 100% true, for the avoidance of doubt. | donald tramp
03/11/2017 22:17 | The late trade is a buy...It was actually filled at 1325...not 1345...Have a good wkend all..Greg | bearhug2

03/11/2017 17:16 | Personally I think no later than next week especially going by the look on his face when asked | ![]() ihavenoclue
03/11/2017 16:53 | He said 10 to 14 days and the 14th day is on Monday!!!! | ![]() billthebank
03/11/2017 16:51 | Although we are at the mercy of a 3rd party, I hoped (and prayed) that GR wouldn't give any more timescales that couldn't be met. As a result I'm hopeful that Monday morning the PEA will be forthcoming but not 100% confident lol | ![]() mike_f
03/11/2017 16:34 | Personally reckon 2 weeks before we'll see the PEA ( in the hands of the 3rd party consultant)and think it will be for the main zone only at this stage. Hopefully a decent starter for ten as 20 million tonnes will deliver an NPV way in excess of the current market cap. | ![]() highly geared |
